Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During new product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

U.S. Shipping Rates

We offer simple flat-rate shipping within the United States:

Orders under $45: $9.99 standard shipping
Orders of $45 or more: FREE standard shipping

Any additional or expedited shipping options, when available, will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination, shipping method, and carrier. Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays caused by weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you discover an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at greer@irongospelco.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at greer@irongospelco.com so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.

Iron Gospel Co. is not responsible for packages that are confirmed by the carrier as delivered but are subsequently lost or stolen.
